NYC Tartan Day Celebrations
Howie has represented Geoffrey Tailor & 21st Century Kilts, along with working the Visit Scotland Village in Grand Central Station since the year 2000. Dressing and facilitating multiple Grand Marshalls, Howie was also honoured to be the Parade Grand Marshal in 2014.
